These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MintFerries.com ("MintFerries.com", "we", "us" or "our"), with its office at A 301, Shalimar Morya Park, New Link Road, 3rd Floor, Andheri West, Mumbai – 400053. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Our Services

MintFerries.com is a ferry ticket booking facilitator that enables users to search, compare and book ferry tickets offered by third-party ferry operators. We act solely as a booking intermediary and are not a ferry operator, carrier, or travel agent underwriting the voyage itself.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this Platform, or booking on behalf of accompanying minors.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger details you provide are accurate and match valid identification documents.

3. Account Registration

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to seat/vessel availability confirmed by the relevant ferry operator.
• A convenience fee, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed before you confirm any payment.
• You are responsible for verifying route, date, passenger details and fare before confirming your booking.
• MintFerries.com is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes caused by the ferry operator, weather, tidal conditions, or incorrect information provided by the user.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems.
• Do not use the Platform to make bookings using fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Carry valid identification and arrive at the jetty within the operator's specified reporting time.

6. Ferry Operator Responsibility

Vessel safety, onboard services, schedule adherence, and compliance with maritime regulations remain the sole responsibility of the respective ferry operator. MintFerries.com does not own, crew or operate any vessel.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that schedules or fares fetched from third-party operators will always be complete, accurate, or free of last-minute changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintFerries.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including trip delays, missed connections, or cancellations attributable to third-party ferry operators.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and material on this Platform are the property of MintFerries.com or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, in case of suspected fraud, misuse, violation of these Terms, or as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
